These young women are our future leaders! American Legion Auxiliary Unit 281 is proud to have sponsored 7 high school students to participate for “Girls State” 2022 where 450 statewide awardees learned how to create their government, were inspired by leaders, gained experience in collaborating, and learned to develop skills they didn’t know they had.

Bravo “Girls State” girls! We’re proud of you and look forward to seeing you put what you learned into action for the betterment of your community.
